Seller further guarantees that its edible products contain no more than 0.3% THC by gross weight. With these trace amounts of THC, it is highly unlikely that you will fail a drug test, however, Seller makes no representation or warranty that a customer will pass a drug test during or after use of these products.

We can limit or cancel quantities of orders, and all purchases are subject to availability. We may limit or cancel the quantities offered on our site to anyone, anytime, anywhere. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason, and refund any monies paid. If an order is suspected of fraud, we have the right to cancel the order, and/or contact local authorities.
11. Shipping
If you request that the goods be shipped, you assume all risk of loss during shipment, including loss due to spoilage / melting during shipment, and / or loss due to seizure by any agent of the shipping company or by any law enforcement agency. Seller has fulfilled its obligation to ship the goods to you when they submit the goods to the shipping company. Seller reserves the right to select the shipping company. Seller can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to select destinations.
When you place an order, you will see a flat rate shipping rate offered. This rate covers shipping by USPS Priority Mail shipping which includes tracking and insurance for a minimum of $50.
12. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Seller may also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper and receipt by Seller, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Seller to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Seller to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact Seller with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Seller will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
