The Federal government passed H.R. 5371 in November 2025, which takes effect on November 12, 2026.  This is causing problems with hemp payment processing. 

The bill may end up destroying the entire hemp market.  Contact your legislators if you do not agree with the hemp related changes in H.R. 5371 as efforts to repeal them to date have failed.
