The Federal government passed H.R. 5371 in November 2025, which takes effect on November 12, 2026. This has already shut down many hemp payment processing solutions. The bill is destroying the entire US hemp market. Contact your legislators if you do not agree with the hemp related changes in H.R. 5371 as efforts to repeal them to date have failed.
As a result of this change, we will only offer our product for sale within the state of Vermont. Vermont continues to support an active hemp market. If you have questions or want to provide feedback, please email us at 802CCK@gmail.com, or call us at 978-877-1986. You can also use the Contact Us link in the menu.
